Pickup and Delivery with the current Coronavirus situation
When collecting or delivering items, drivers will practice social distancing.
This means that for a delivery, the driver will knock on the door, then place the goods on the ground and step back. Most booking are done with authority to leave, please make sure that you are available to receive the goods.
The driver will obtain the receivers name and enter this into the scanner only for signature required deliveries, this will be deemed as a signature.
Easypos Point of Sale Systems offers prompt delivery Australia wide. Orders are shipped same or next day upon receipt of payment or verification of payment; in most cases this will be on the same day. Most customers receive their orders within 1-3 business days, depending on your location.
1. OUT OF STOCK
1.1 In the unfortunate instance where we have run out of stock, we can generally source supply within 24-48 hours. This will add roughly an additional 1-2 days to your delivery timeframe. There are exceptions and sometimes a supplier will suddenly tell us they will not be able to supply until a specific date. We will contact you immediately should this be the case, and will always keep you updated with the new Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA).
2. SHIPPING RATES
2.1 Shipping costs is calculated in checkout for standard delivery anywhere in Australia. In some circumstances, oversized, unusually heavy items, or shipping to some locations may incur an additional shipping charge. This fee is calculated and determined by weight, size and destination. We will request approval of the additional charge before processing the order.
2.2 We only ship within Australia & New Zealand at this stage so we do not accept International Orders at this time. Shipping to New Zealand is calculated and determined by weight, size and destination. We will request approval of any additional charge before processing orders for New Zealand.

3.1 It is the customers responsibility to ensure they can accept the deliveries and provide a signature as proof of delivery if required.
3.2 Whilst we take care in packaging the goods for delivery, it is your responsibility to ensure there are no breakages or missing items at the time of delivery.
3.3 By signing for a delivery, you are accepting that the order is complete and intact.
3.4 Redirection of delivery by the receiver will incur additional charges.
3.5 There are circumstances where the orders may turn up partially and we ask that if this is the case,
please phone or email us and we will notify you as to when you may expect the remaining of your order.
Please note that this is very rare but can sometimes happen but we assure you that your order will be filled as purchased.
